Notes
An additional fee of 21,000 RUB is applicable in the 1st year only. It covers registration, document translation, notarization, legalization, student and library cards. From the 2nd year onward, a visa extension fee of 2,000 RUB is required each year. MESS CHARGES 1300$ MANDATORY FOR 1ST YEAR AND TO BE PAID BY STUDENT ON ARRIVAL. BIOMETRIC, FINGERPRINTING CHARGES WILL BE ON ACTUALS TO BE PAID BY STUDENT ON ARRIVAL.
